They measure 14" in overall length. The inside height is 7" and the wrap around side for the frame rail is 1 1/2". To Install. you just unbolt the subframe, remove as much rust as you can, use a rust inhibiter like Extend or POR15, grind the areas to be welded, bend the pre cut tab on the repair panel. slip the repair panel in, line up the subframe bolts and proportioning valve holes (on the left side), hammer in and weld it up Paint them with the POR 15, rust inhibitive etching primer or weld thru primer before or after installation.
